Management

An enterprise is in the environment .

It is often said on management that the emvironment is divided into four parts .

We can think that it is strength ,weakness ,opportunity and threat.

Management is to coordinate this environment , in short .

Now , dramatical changes occurs in all over the world .
I have played the role that I promote the changes .

When the enterprise faces the change linking with death ,
it must change all with no doubt.
It has to clear all and start from 0.

The metaphor of dinosaurs illustrate this .
Dinosaurs were extinct ,because they couldn't adapt to the emvironmental change .
They couldn't evolve themselves in small size ,
when it became much colder .

Generally speaking , a company must adapt to the environment .

But at present time it doesn't only do this
but also needs to work on changing the environment .

Needless to say ,
it is necessary that we all should have the spirit of entrepreneurship to the future .

Positive thinking is very effective to change yourself.

You should be able to think things positive !!
