The life cycle of organization

An organization has life cycle .

It will come to be old gradually and will die .
Some causes of this phenomenon can be cosidered .
Most of organizations will not be able to be metabolized ,
as they become older .

On business we can say the same thing .

The problem of the evil of bureaucracy will occur ,
as an organization become bigger and older .

Workers in the organization will repeat the routine of everyday's simple job .
They will not work creatively .
They will not become interesting in their own job .

When the organization falls in such a situation ,
a newcomer will defeat it .
And it will die .

So it is necessary that the oragnization usually improve its ability ,
and always enliven the internal action creating new blood .
