I have walked in Osaka looking at old maps during a year .

Today's scedule

I'm going to go for a walk today ,looking at an old map .

I'm not going to walk alone .

There is a meeting held by Mainichi Bunka Center .

I paticipate in the meeting once a month .

I'm taught the history of Osaka .
And we take a walk to old highways talking with each participant .

This meeting is going to be final during a year .

I will graduate it today .

Remembering the past meeting , I was very fun .

Because I like walking and have been interested in Osaka .

Do you think you can cotinue to do your favorite thing ?

I enjoyed myself to explain a present information .

Of cause , I sometimes talked about history .

I didn't get the knowledge of Osakan history by reading books .

I understood it by walking actually on my own foot .

Here I recognize the importance of investigation .

I was taught lately that investigation is the same as observatory .

I often think that it takes long time to observe turtles .

Don't you think so ?

Look at forest , not tree !

When we study a subject , or resercch a phenomenon ,
we often gaze at only details .

In this case , we become invisible .

How do we solve the problem ?

It is importanat whether we can spread the range of vision or not .

We should climb to a high place and look around the surroundings .

And the whole forest will be able to be seen .

Then new discoveries may be brought to us .

Will you see the whole without looking at the one point ?

The resources of management

We use some resources to earn profits .

The resources of management are human , things , money , and information .

Especially , information have trended to be attached importance .

But lately a corporation has not used only information ,
but has come to use the information as knowledge .

I want to emphasize that human resource is the most important at present time .

The automation of a factory have progressed .

But we have depended on robots so much that a company has losed talented persons .

I wrote about the cell productive system of a factory in my other blog .

Here it is certain that human resorces are the most useful in the future .

They are very important from the view point of efficiency and speed .

And it is the design which designer create that we cosider remarkable on present management .

This is the apperance that human resource is important .

It is necessary that we reconcider human resource essetial for our management .

You should not ignore the human ability .
